Edward Lim is the founder of Etymology Music Group, a recording and mastering engineer, opera singer and producer. He established Etymology Records in New York in 2019, releasing music under his own artist name, Jazzinuf, alongside a growing community of producers.
His work spans classical recording and instrumental hip-hop. At Etymology Classics, he brings those disciplines together through in-house recording and analog mastering, with an emphasis on the relationship between the performer, the room and the recorded sound.
